EAT and LOOSE Weight

Today's Topic, is very clear....Eat and Loose Weight, In Today's world, this might seem impossible or people have preconceived notion that its not possible....It's do able and It's all in one's mind and body to get this happening with out dieting.

I don't know how many of you know that,

Our bodies don't gain Fat by eating Fatty food
Our bodies don't get sugar by eating sweet

Half of the audience does not observe eating disorder, For example when we go to Ice-Cream store,
the portions will be small, medium, large.. As an observation the person who is at a stage of gaining Fat or gained Fat already, should be going for what kind of Size ?

I have seen people going for extreme large size, If you understand the way that person thinks about his body, his/her mind has not given any signal to the person to stop and think over what they are ordering.
In other words, that person has not programed or disciplined his thoughts related to food, every thing we want to eat is possible and can be done with out gaining weight is controlling the quantity we want to take.

If that person who is gaining Fat and conditioned their brain to think for the body, even if the person has ordered the biggest size of portion will remind themselves about the extra exercise that is required to burn that sugar rush in the blood, by doing that your are eliminating Cholestrol, Blood sugar levels keeping it low.

One advantage of exercising after eating sweets, deserts is that when you exercise you are with full energy and don't even feel the tiredness.

Making best of the situation is take advantage of the sugar rush in the blood to the exercise you want to do, you will burn more calories than a regular routine time....
